Information and files must be submitted at the online form: 1) the youtube link to your 5-minute presentation, 2) a pdf file of your poster and 3) a high-quality .jpeg of poster, maximum dimensions of 48 inches by 36 inches. The poster may be broken down into slides for sake of presentation, but only content included on the poster may be included in the slide set. Small demonstrations or props are allowed within the boundaries of what would be feasible for normal, face-to-face poster displays. Each poster will have a unique individual page that holds author information, abstract, jpeg, and presentation video. Visit this site for instructions and assistance on preparing presentation files.
May 17-21 – Viewer Engagement Window
Posters will be live during this viewer engagement window. An announcement will be made via email to the membership. Each poster presenter is expected and judged on their timeliness and ability in responding to comments and questions posed on individual poster pages. Judges will use the rubric below to judge asynchronously. Top three finalists will be notified on May 25. Must be present at Business Meeting to receive award.
May 26 – Awards @ the Annual Business Meeting
Top three finalists must participate by presenting their posters (lightning format, 2 minutes each) and answer questions live. This will be the basis for final judging by all attendees. Winners will be announced at the end of the business meeting. Prizes! $250 for First, $150 for Second, and $100 for Third.
